ES is a provider of wide range of scanning and vectorization services. Present
storage documentation and e-archiving has necessitated the process of scanning
and vectorization. The process of scanning and vectorization enables users to store
their maps, documents and drawings on disks or the CD-ROM. As such they can view and modify their work on the PC. Furthermore these drawings can either be e-mailed and shared  via the internet.

  Scanning
ES scanning facilities comprise of high resolution, large format (A0/E size) scanners from Contex, A/S, Denmark with built-in Digital Signal Processor (DSP), employing DPI (Dots per inch) resolutions between 600-2400 Dpi, possible in color as well as Black and White. High resolution ensures superior scanning quality, and coupled with the latest CCD (Charge Coupled Device Camera) technology, gives users the image they desire.

Vectorization
Scanning converts drawings to the raster file format. These drawings are then vectorized to make them CAD   compatible, i.e., they are converted to the vector
file format.Powerful Raster to Vector Conversion Software for are used for this purpose; with some software having built-in OCR (Optical Character Recognition),ICR( Intelligent Character Reading), OMR(Optical Mark Reading) and Color Image Processing capabilities. Color Image Processing enables the vectorization of color maps and drawings, by converting them to monochrome color. This technology
enables designers the world over to make the crucial decision to convert. With electronically maintained drawings, they do not need to worry about safety in
the preservation and maintenance of the drawings. CD-ROMs are fairly reliable and last for an appreciable period with all stored drawings and maps intact.
Vectorization
