E-Archiving solution converts the drawings and documents to the raster file format. The drawings are then vectorized to make them CAD compatible i.e. they are converted into vector file format.

Electronic Document Management Systems allow you to create a document or capture a hard copy in electronic form, store, edit, print, process & otherwise manage documents in image, video & audio, as well as in text form. The EDMS usually provides a single view of multiple databases & may include scanners for document capture, printers for creating hard copies, storage devices such as redundant array of independent disks systems & computer server and server programs for managing the databases that contain the documents. In EDMS Files can still be viewed, printed, shared and stored. Which documents People can read and what actions they can perform on these documents depend on the level of security that the system administrator has assigned to the user.

  • User login Module: After user login, it perform the functions which allowed i.e. scanning, Data Entry Search etc.
  • Scanning/ Capturing Module: Scanning/ Capturing or for bringing documents into the system.
  • Data Entry Module: Data Entry of required field in data base as per the system nomenclature. Renaming each document after bulk/ batch scanning.
  • Search/ Retrieval Module: Indexing, retrieval and search tools to locate documents.
  • Storage/ Backup Module: Appropriate backup system for archival of older versions of documents.
  • Reporting/ Summary Module: Desired report of summary can be generated by combination of quierirs.
